Title Certificate Generator

Here you will find all the dogs listed that currently have achieved a Championship Title Prefix. These dogs may add to their name a CH to signify they have achieved a Championship held by a MDHA, INC. sanction approved live model dog show.

To print your certificate off for your record books just click on the link, insert any type of paper you wish to use for your certificate and hit your print preview button. When the preview opens, in the upper menu click on Portrait and click on 'Turn Off Headers and Footers" so paper will not show them. Please keep in mind when using your paper a heavier bond of paper is best. Also the certificate is generated with it's border and embellishment so certificate style paper with a border is not necessary. They do however look really nice on parchment quality style paper.
